Role Description The Article Assistant Trainee will support audit, tax, and compliance engagements under the guidance of qualified professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in statutory and tax audits, preparing working papers, maintaining documentation, and supporting tax return preparation and regulatory filings. The trainee will help in data collection and verification, perform basic accounting and reconciliations, and contribute to reporting for clients.

The role also involves learning and applying relevant accounting and tax standards,



using office productivity tools, and coordinating with team members to meet deadlines. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Defence Colony, offering structured training and practical exposure.

Qualifications

- Enrolled in or eligible for Chartered Accountancy articleship, with a strong academic foundation in accounting, taxation, and finance.
- Ability to work with accounting records, perform reconciliations, and support audit and tax assignments with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and tax information.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
- Organized work habits, reliability in meeting deadlines, and willingness to learn in a structured training environment.
