Responsibilities
- Responsible to meet budgeted target
- Daily monitoring of achievement and required run rate to achieve monthly and quarterly numbers
- Coordination with Branch Staff, Cluster Head, Zonal Head & BBH
- Collaboration with internal functions for better productivity and efficiencies
- Creating enablers and supporting branches for generating business
- Responsible to develop pull strategies to attract internal & external customers to apply for product
- Need to build a robust sales culture
