Role Description The Area Manager for Australia Opportunities will oversee regional business development and client services related to Australia-focused immigration and visa consulting. This full-time, in office position is based in Australia and involves managing local operations, guiding clients through Australia immigration pathways, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising branch staff, setting sales and service targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to expand the client base.

The Area

Manager will also maintain strong relationships with partners, stay updated on Australian immigration policies,



and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Regular reporting to senior management and participation in local marketing and outreach activities are integral to the role.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising staff and overseeing branch or regional operations.
- Business development and client relationship management abilities, including setting targets, driving sales, and ensuring high service quality.
- Knowledge of immigration and visa consulting processes, preferably with exposure to Australia or other international destinations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse clients.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple cases and deadlines.
- Comfort working with CRM or case management tools, and proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office, email, spreadsheets).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, international relations, or a related field; relevant experience in immigration consulting or financial services is an advantage.
