Role Description As an Area Collection Manager at GrowXCD Finance, you will oversee and manage collection activities across an assigned geographic area in Mysore. This full-time, on-site role involves monitoring repayment performance, guiding field collection teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. You will analyze portfolio quality, identify high-risk accounts, and implement action plans to reduce delinquency and improve recovery rates.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating visits with collection staff, resolving customer issues, preparing regular reports, and collaborating with operations and credit teams to maintain healthy asset quality. The role also requires mentoring team members, promoting ethical collection practices,



and representing the organization professionally in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in collections management, portfolio monitoring, and recovery planning, with the ability to manage targets and timelines.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, including using spreadsheets or collection management systems to track performance and risk.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills for engaging with customers and guiding field teams.
- Team leadership and people management capabilities, including coaching, performance tracking, and field coordination.
- Good understanding of lending and credit processes, especially for MSMEs and low-income households, and familiarity with regulatory compliance and fair collection practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Mysore, conduct field visits, and adapt to wide-ranging local market conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field; relevant experience in collections, microfinance, or retail lending is preferred.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and customer-centric mindset, with commitment to financial inclusion and ethical conduct.
