OBJECTIVES / PURPOSE

We are seeking a solid Senior Analyst to join Takeda's GCC Commercial Insights & Analytics (I&A;) organization in India. This role carries significant individual analytical ownership, bridging execution-level work with emerging stakeholder-facing responsibilities.



The Senior Analyst is a critical analytical contributor who drives the quality and depth of insights delivered to US brand teams and begins to shape the analytical direction of assigned workstreams.
Own and independently deliver a portfolio of mid-to-high complexity analytical workstreams that directly inform US brand strategy, performance management, and commercial execution across assigned brands and indications.
Design and execute patient journey analyses, HCP segmentation models, performance deep-dives, and competitive assessments that provide actionable, evidence-based recommendations to US I&A; brand leads and commercial partners.
Serve as an emerging analytical thought leader within the GCC team — contributing to methodology development, analytical best practices, and the informal mentoring of Analyst colleagues.
