Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager with a solid functional and technical foundation in Supply Chain Execution, particularly in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Scope:
Building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders is critical to success in this role. This position is responsible for managing the delivery of large-scale, multi-stream implementation programs for strategic manufacturing clients.
The Senior Project Manager will lead geographically distributed teams across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful project execution, governance, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.

What You'll do:
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Supply Chain Execution implementation programs involving TMS or WMS solutions.
Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and cross-functional teams across global locations.
Establish robust customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for project governance, escalations, and delivery oversight.




Identify project risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges proactively, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Drive adherence to project plans, timelines, budgets, and quality standards while implementing recovery plans when necessary.
Leverage functional and technical expertise to guide solution delivery and ensure alignment with customer business objectives.
Facilitate collaboration among customer teams, solution architects, technical consultants, integration teams, and executive stakeholders.
Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and travel expense management.
Monitor project health through governance forums, status reporting, and executive steering committee meetings.
Promote a consultative approach to identify opportunities for additional value creation and business growth within existing customer engagements.
