About the Role
Lorem Wellness Care is looking for a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will work with children experiencing developmental, sensory, learning, and functional challenges, helping them achieve greater independence through evidence-based interventions.
This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative setting alongside Speech Therapists, Physiotherapists, Behavior Therapists, Special Educators, and medical specialists.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver engaging, goal-oriented therapy sessions for children.
Address sensory processing, fine motor, gross motor, self-care, visual-motor, and school readiness skills.
Monitor progress and modify intervention plans based on clinical outcomes.
Educate and guide parents through home programs and regular feedback sessions.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and therapy records.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
Participate in case discussions, training programs, and professional development activities.
Eligibility
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT).
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.:
Freshers with strong clinical skills and willingness to learn may also apply.
Registration with the relevant professional council is preferred.
