Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career prospects, and training programs.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
Coordinate with trainers and the operations team to ensure a smooth admission process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the counseling process.
Address student queries and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and educational events when required.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
