Responsibilities:
Prepare food as per the restaurant menu and recipes.
Maintain consistent taste, quality and portion size.
Ensure timely preparation of customer orders.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene.
Manage ingredients and inform about stock requirements.
Minimize food wastage and properly store ingredients.
Coordinate with kitchen helpers and restaurant staff.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of cooking experience in a restaurant/hotel/café.
Valuable knowledge of Indian food, snacks and basic quick food.
Ability to handle kitchen operations independently.
Punctual, hygienic and disciplined.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
