We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused professional to lead our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) function.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) department, ensuring exceptional post-sales customer service.
Manage customer escalations, grievances, and complaint resolution in a timely and qualified manner.
Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Legal, Projects, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer support and timely issue resolution.
Review and verify customer documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Develop and maintain MIS reports, customer databases,



and CRM dashboards for management review.
Supervise and mentor the CRM team, establish performance standards, and ensure departmental efficiency.
Maintain updated inventory and customer records within the CRM system.
Build long-term customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and brand reputation.
Recommend process improvements to strengthen customer experience and operational efficiency.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant CRM experience, with significant exposure to the Real Estate industry.
Proven experience in leading CRM teams and managing customer lifecycle processes.
Solid leadership, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, MIS reporting, CRM software, and customer data management.
