We are looking for a pleasant, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist who can create a welcoming experience for every patient while ensuring the smooth functioning of the clinic's front office.

Job Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a skilled and friendly first impression.
Manage patient appointments, registrations, and check-ins efficiently.
Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department when required.
Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the clinic management system.
Handle billing, payment collection, receipts, and maintain basic financial records.
Coordinate appointment schedules with doctors to ensure smooth patient flow.
Guide patients regarding clinic services, consultation timings, and follow-up appointments.
Maintain a clean, organized,



and presentable reception area at all times.
Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Work closely with doctors and other staff members to provide an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Previous experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or customer service representative is an added advantage.
