Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads for commercial real estate properties.

Handle sales and leasing opportunities for office and retail spaces.

Manage relationships with clients, investors and developers.

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.

Conduct property/site visits and presentations.

Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate transactions.

Drive prospects through the sales cycle and achieve closures.

Maintain client pipelines and market/property databases.

Required Skills:
2+ years of real estate experience.

Mandatory experience in commercial real estate sales/leasing.

Delhi/NCR market experience preferred.

Knowledge of office, retail and commercial properties.

Solid client and developer-handling skills.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Solid sales and closure orientation.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
