Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Security
Manage data access boundaries — only specific Google Sheets, folders, and APIs as authorized
Ensure no sensitive financial, banking, or supplier data is exposed to AI systems




Maintain daily backup of agent configurations, memory, and skill files
Reporting & Collaboration
Provide a daily written update (via WhatsApp or Google Sheet) on agent activity, errors, and actions taken
Attend a weekly 30-minute review meeting with the owner to discuss automation performance and priorities
Document all configurations, access credentials, and processes in a shared knowledge base
Flag any AI agent behavior that seems incorrect, risky, or unexpected — before it causes problems
