Key Responsibilities

Problem-Solving: Handling client concerns and resolving issues quickly to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
Account Growth: Identifying opportunities to expand the client relationship, upselling additional services or products.
Budget and Timeline Management: Overseeing project budgets, managing timelines, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
Reporting and Analytics: Providing clients with regular updates on project progress, campaign performance, and results, often with analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Cross-functional Coordination:



Working closely with various departments, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver consistent, high-quality service to clients.
