Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Handle leads and enquiries received through IndiaMART, WhatsApp, website, social media, and other platforms.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabrics/têxtile products.
Explain product specifications, prices, MOQ, availability, designs, and other details.
Generate new leads and follow up with existing enquiries regularly.
Convert enquiries into orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up on quotations, samples, orders, payments, and dispatches.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales.
Coordinate with the production, warehouse, dispatch, and accounts teams.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Identify current business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Positive Hindi and English communication skills.
Solid follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of têxtiles, fabrics, garments, or fashion products.
Experience handling IndiaMART leads is preferred.
Ability to work with sales targets.
Positive attitude and strong customer-handling skills.
