To ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues from customers through regular field visits, follow-ups, and effective collection practices. The role will be responsible for shortfall and legal collections and delinquent accounts along with loss and sale, NPA, Write off, while maintaining customer relationships and following company collection policies.
