About Finance Control Oversight (FCO)
Finance Control Oversight (FCO) supports the Chief Financial Office (CFO) by providing an aggregated view of financial reporting risk and assisting in the management of these risks against the defined risk appetite. The team maintains solid regional connectivity and supports Chief Financial Officer (CFO) teams across the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC) through independent assessment of risks, control issues, and related remediation actions.
FCO partners with Finance and other stakeholders, including Infrastructure and Business teams, to implement and maintain a robust risk management framework covering SOx, Balance Sheet Substantiation, incident reporting, audit issue management, and broader non-financial risk oversight.

About the Role
The Vice President within the Finance Control Oversight team will play a key role in reviewing, managing,



and strengthening the control setting for Accounting and Financial Reporting Risk. The role requires the individual to assess risks against appetite, identify control gaps, challenge issue assessments, and support timely remediation to ensure risks are appropriately managed.
The role involves working closely with senior Finance stakeholders, regional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) teams, control owners, Group Operational Risk Management (ORM), internal auditors, external auditors, and other partner teams to assess the effectiveness of controls, evaluate control failures, and drive sustainable remediation plans.
