Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized academic and career counselling to prospective students, helping them choose suitable undergraduate or postgraduate programs.
Meet or exceed enrolment and conversion targets through effective counselling and relationship-building.
Conduct outreach activities and information sessions to engage potential students and address their queries.
Collaborate with internal teams and partner university representatives to resolve admission-related issues and ensure a smooth enrolment experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2+ years of experience specifically in Online UG PG education admissions (domestic).:
Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; ability to converse in a regional language is a plus.
Hands-on experience (at least 1 year) using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM to manage leads, update student records, and run basic reports.
Robust organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple applicant cases and meet enrolment/conversion targets.
