Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
Oversee End-to-End Operations: Manage the daily operations of pre-medical checkup activities, including scheduling of appointments, sample collection processes, and accurate report generation to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service delivery.
Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Ensure effective coordination between medical phlebotomists and Diagnostic Center (DC) administrative staff, facilitating timely and complete medical assessments for every case.
Ensure Protocol Compliance: Verify that all medical checks are conducted strictly in accordance with Insurance Company (IC) prescribed protocols, maintaining the highest standards of quality and regulatory adherence.
Monitor Turnaround Times (TAT): Track and manage TAT meticulously, ensuring all medical reports are delivered to the Insurance Company (IC) within stipulated deadlines to prevent any lapse in service commitments.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance,
proactively identify operational bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and enhance overall operational productivity.
Coordination & Communication
Serve as Primary Liaison: Act as the principal point of contact between the company and the Insurance Company (IC) underwriting and claims teams, fostering solid and transparent working relationships.
Manage Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate with all IC branch managers to plan, schedule, and execute all medical appointments efficiently and in alignment with business requirements.
Resolve Queries and Discrepancies: Address and resolve any discrepancies or queries raised by the Insurance Company (IC) regarding medical reports, working closely with DC Partners to ensure accurate and satisfactory outcomes.
Maintain Transparent Communication Channels: Ensure consistent and explicit communication with the Insurance Company (IC) regarding
