Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical & non-clinical roles.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews & coordinate hiring.
Build talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs.
Support onboarding and ensure a smooth joining experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in HR.
1+ year of recruitment experience (healthcare preferred).
Solid communication, organization & multitasking skills.
Experience in hospital/healthcare hiring is an added advantage.
Requirement is for Work from Office, Office Located in Domlur.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
