Plan, supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities as per production schedules.
Valuable knowledge of sheet metal processes such as cutting, bending, punching, drilling, welding, grinding and fabrication.
Read and understand engineering drawings, specifications and BOMs.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Purchase and PPC departments for smooth production flow.
Supervise assembly operations and ensure products are assembled as per drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with the powder coating team/vendor and ensure proper surface preparation, coating quality and finishing.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, materials and other resources.
Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions to minimize downtime and delays.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety and 5S standards on the shop floor.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Education:
Diploma (preferred)

Experience:
Manufacturing Production: 2 years (preferred)
