About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the conceptualisation and execution of compelling design solutions for marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and ensure creative deliverables meet their needs and expectations.
Manage and mentor junior designers, including defining roles, providing training, and overseeing their creative output.
Review and evaluate design proposals to maintain consistency with company standards and brand guidelines.
Conduct market research, including gathering insights on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences.




Work with cross-functional teams and fellow art directors to develop visual concepts for both print and digital platforms.
Create and manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets.
Present design concepts and campaign ideas to clients for feedback and approval.

Requirements:
4+ years of qualified experience as a Graphic Designer or related role
Must Have Agency experience
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools
Knowledge of typography, colour theory, composition, and layout design
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Robust attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
Degree or diploma in graphic design or related field preferred

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per mon
