Mentor and supervise staff while fostering a positive school culture.
Ensure compliance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
Build robust relationships with students, parents, staff, and the school community.

Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree with B.Ed. (M.Ed. preferred).
Minimum 10 years of teaching experience, including 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience in a CBSE/Cambridge/IB or residential school preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
