Key Responsibilities - US IT Recruiter
Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
Understand US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD).
Meet daily and monthly hiring targets.
Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Experience:
US IT Recruiter: 1 year (preferred)
