Manager/ Senior Manager
Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 10-18years in litigation

Key Responsibilities:
Handle all litigation matters related to property, contracts, and regulatory issues across
projects.
Coordinate with external legal counsels, attend court hearings, and manage case
documentation.
Maintain litigation trackers, prepare case summaries, and ensure timely filing of responses
and affidavits.
Draft, review, agreements, sale deeds, and other legal documents related to real estate
and construction activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in law (LLB / LLM).
Solid knowledge of property laws, land acquisition, RERA, arbitration, and
construction contracts.
Experience in handling both civil and criminal litigation in real estate domain.
Language proficiency - Kannada mandatory
