Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and food quality
Improve service standards and service quality
Increase revenue ; develop b2b, delivery and catering business.
Monitor inventory and ensure compliance to systems
Manage and improve online delivery sales metrics.
Implement SOPs and ensure compliance across all functions
Ensure periodic and timely maintenance to ensure smooth operations
Team Leadership & HR
Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to management team and staff.
Foster a positive work culture aligned with company values.
Schedule shifts and manage workforce planning.
Monitor and maintain attendance register and HRMS.
Ensure hygiene and discipline in staff accommodations.
Customer Experience
Ensure exceptional guest service and handle customer feedback
Monitor and analyse feedbacks, google reviews and delivery ratings.
Resolve complaints promptly and professionally
Addressing feedbacks and reviews with team to avoid repetition of complaints.
Financial Performance & Strategic Oversight
Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability
Prepare and analyse reports (sales, labour, inventory)
Collaborate with management on promotional strategies and growth plans
