We are looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Executive
to manage core HR operations at our DRI & Power Plant
site in Ramgarh, Jharkhand.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
MBA / PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant experience
Minimum 5 years in industrial / manufacturing HR
Must have handled 200+ workforce
Solid payroll and attendance management experience
Labor law and statutory compliance knowledge
KEY WORK:
Monthly payroll processing and salary disbursement
Daily attendance, leave, and shift management
Manpower planning with department heads
Labor law compliance and audit support
Employee grievance handling and coordination
HR records, database, and documentation
