Location: Gurgaon | Experience: 2-5 Years | Company: SWBI Architects

We are looking for Architects with strong experience in corporate interior projects. The ideal candidate should combine design sensibility with solid technical and execution knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop design concepts and detailed working/GFC drawings.
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Review site progress and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Prepare BOQs, specifications, and material documentation.

Requirements:

- Bachelors in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office).




- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented studio setting.
- Knowledge of workplace design standards, and basic practices; prior experience with corporate or commercial interiors is preferred.
- Strong visualization, detailing, and presentation skills, with attention to accuracy and buildability.
