Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Delhi, India. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and coordinating detailed construction documentation in line with project requirements and client design intent. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal engineering and interior design teams, participating in design reviews, and ensuring integration of architectural solutions with other project disciplines.

The Architect will also support project management activities, such as monitoring timelines, coordinating with consultants and contractors,



and contributing to quality assurance throughout the design-and-build process. The role involves regular client interactions to understand needs, present design proposals, and refine solutions to achieve high levels of functionality, aesthetics, and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to develop creative, functional, and compliant design solutions.
- Experience with Integration of architectural concepts with structural, MEP, and interior design disciplines.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM tools); software development exposure for design automation or parametric workflows is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is preferred.
- Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to clients and teams.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices; experience with design-and-build or turnkey projects is an advantage.
