Key Responsibilities

- Lead a cross-functional team consisting of consultants, developers, testers, and architects to deliver implementations, digital transformations, and advisory projects to our clients.
- Ownership of all project management tasks including management of budget, deliverables, resourcing/time allocation, project reporting, project plans, and change requests
- Champion implementation methodologies e.g. Agile, Scrum, Hybrid & Waterfall methods for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Demonstrate versatility to work within the governance model and delivery methodologies of our clients – this includes the creation of artefacts and adherence to their processes and project plans.
- Contribute to the PMO/Delivery space of practice, to improve frameworks, ways of working, and culture.
- Identify current business opportunities including driving subsequent project phases while building long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales/sales team to ensure scope, estimates, and team makeup are correct when estimates are quoted to the client.





Qualifications

- At least five years of hands-on experience in service delivery, project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle Cloud/CRM engagements
- At least three years of hands-on experience in Salesforce or similar cloud-based software.
- At least three years of work experience in an IT services and consulting or similar industry.
- At least two years of experience leading teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong background on business analysis
- Proficient in JIRA, Confluence and similar tools
- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
- A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based environment
- Actively developing their professional network and giving back to the community through participation in user and other groups, events and organizations
