Role Description The Architect will work in office in Patna in a full-time capacity, contributing to architectural design from concept through construction. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior design teams, and assisting in client presentations and design reviews. The role involves preparing detailed construction documents, ensuring designs comply with local building codes and regulations,



and supporting site visits for design verification and coordination with contractors.

The Architect will participate in project planning, collaborate with senior team members to refine design solutions, and help maintain project documentation and design standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in architectural design, space planning, and building systems.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and basic 3D visualization tools.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and standard construction practices.
- Ability to prepare clear drawings, technical details, and construction documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, consultants, and project teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
- Prior experience in an architectural firm or design consultancy, particularly on built projects, is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple project tasks on-site in Patna.
