Key Responsibilities

Transformation & Analysis Analyze end-to-end trade lifecycle processes (trading, clearing, settlement, post-trade) to identify opportunities for optimization and digitization.

Requirements Management Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements; translate these into epics, features, and user stories.

Backlog & Roadmap Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog in alignment with business objectives. Prioritize initiatives that enable automation, workflow optimization, and data-driven insights.

Stakeholder Engagement Act as a subject matter expert, interfacing directly with front-office, middle-office, compliance, legal, and technology stakeholders to ensure project success and value realization.

Project Delivery Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives) and lead functional testing and validation strategies.

Thought Leadership Support practice development by contributing to accelerators, white papers, capability decks, and RFP responses.

Required Skills & Qualifications





Experience 8–15+ years of relevant IT/Consulting industry experience, with deep expertise in the Capital Markets domain (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, or FX).

Domain Knowledge Solid understanding of the trade lifecycle, front-to-back trading workflows, and multi-asset class processing.

Technical Proficiency Hands-on experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, BI tools like Tableau/Power BI) and proficiency in project management/documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio).

Agile Methodology Proven track record in Agile execution (Scrum/Kanban) and leading digital change initiatives (automation, workflow platforms, analytics).

Communication Exceptional stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate project deliverables effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Education/Certification Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science). Industry/IIBA certifications are a definite plus.
