- Platform Migration: Lead the end-to-end migration of existing IAM processes and integrations from Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) to Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
- Application Integration: Configure, develop, and maintain Saviynt connectors (REST, SOAP, JDBC, etc.) to integrate various on-premise and cloud applications.
- Identity Lifecycle Management: Design and implement automated workflows for user onboarding (provisioning), offboarding (de-provisioning), and cross-boarding (transfers).
- Governance & Compliance: Set up access request workflows, birthright provisioning rules, and automated access certification campaigns.
- QA & Documentation: Conduct rigorous unit and integration testing; maintain comprehensive technical documentation for architectural designs and migration procedures.
- Production Support:
Provide migration support and troubleshooting during the cutover phases to ensure zero disruption to business operations.

Technical Requirements
- Saviynt Mastery: Extensive hands-on experience in Saviynt implementation, configuration, and administration.
- Migration Experience: Proven track record of migrating complex IAM environments (preferably from OIM/Oracle stack) to Saviynt.
- Connector Proficiency: Deep understanding of Saviynt’s connectivity framework and the ability to troubleshoot integration issues.
- Core IAM Concepts: Solid grasp of RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), ABAC (Attribute-Based Access Control), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
