Role Description The Architect will be responsible for designing residential and interior spaces, preparing detailed architectural plans, and ensuring designs align with client requirements, budget, and local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include meeting clients, conducting site visits, creating conceptual and working drawings, coordinating with structural, MEP, and interior teams, and reviewing construction progress to maintain design quality. The role also involves collaborating with project managers to align timelines and resources, supporting design revisions based on client feedback,



and working closely with contractors and vendors for seamless execution.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular interaction with internal teams and clients to deliver well-crafted, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Qualifications

3-4 years of experience

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
- Experience in Project Management, with the ability to plan timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and monitor design execution on-site.
- Understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM, or project coordination platforms is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, R, SketchUp,D5 Render ), and familiarity with visualization tools for presentations.
- Knowledge of local building codes, materials, construction methods, and sustainable design practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Prior experience in residential or interior architecture, especially in Bengaluru or similar urban contexts, is preferred.
