- Architecture: Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Implement security policies using Access Control Lists (ACLs), roles, and groups. Maintenance &
- Support: Participate in testing, deployment, and post-deployment support. Support incident triage, root cause analysis, and troubleshoot platform performance issues. Manage version upgrades, patch installations, and system cloning.
