Job Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished Enterprise ServiceNow Architect with over 15 years of IT experience to drive the strategic design and delivery of our ServiceNow ecosystem. In this role, you will be instrumental in architecting and implementing scalable, high-performance ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and maximize operational efficiency. As a multi-module expert, you will champion platform governance across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications, transforming complex requirements into reliable, upgrade-protected technical blueprints.

Core Responsibilities

Enterprise Platform Architecture Define and govern the end-to-end technical architecture, data models, and security frameworks across an enterprise-scale ServiceNow platform.

Multi-Module Strategy Lead the architectural design and roadmap execution for large-scale deployments across core modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps via App Engine.

Advanced Customization & Logic Design complex workflows, business rules, and client-side logic using advanced platform scripting frameworks (Glide, JavaScript, and AngularJS).

Integration Engineering Architect seamless, secure,



and modern system integrations with third-party tools leveraging REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Orchestration.

Infrastructure & Visibility Governance Guide the strategic implementation of the CMDB, ensuring data integrity through optimized Discovery and Service Mapping configurations.

Agile Technical Leadership Oversee development teams in an Agile environment, partnering with product owners to translate business cases into technical stories within project management tools like Jira.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills

15+ years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on architecture experience within the ServiceNow platform.

Expert-level mastery of ServiceNow technical infrastructure, domain separation, data schemas, and platform security models.

Deep proficiency in JavaScript scripting (Glide APIs) and modern front-end UI framework design using AngularJS.

Proven technical expertise in establishing integration pipelines, configuring MID Servers, and managing automated API endpoints.

Strong foundational knowledge of CMDB frameworks, identification rules (IRE), and ITOM infrastructure visibility modules.
