Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

- Define project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Business, Product, Development, QA, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement proactive mitigation plans.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and clients.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and organizational processes.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, dependencies, and change requests effectively.




- Drive Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies based on project requirements.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms for tracking and reporting.

Mandatory Skills
- Proven project management experience with a solid focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Expertise in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall).

Preferred Skills

- PMP or Scrum certification.
- Familiarity with data engineering concepts and practices.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects in a technology-driven environment.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 10-15 years of project management experience.
