As a Business Systems Analyst you will be instrumental in analyzing business processes documenting requirements identifying technology needs and implementing solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the retail banking division to gather and analyze business requirements. Develop detailed project specifications and software requirements to support business goals and work closely with IT developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented according to business needs.

You will participate in the full software development lifecycle including testing and deployment of new applications and systems. The role requires solid business analysis expertise with at least five years of experience as a business analyst in retail banking or financial services. High proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies is required along with excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills.
