Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Guwahati. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and producing detailed design and construction documentation. The role involves reviewing technical details, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, and contributing to design presentations and reports.

The Architect will also assist with project scheduling, coordination with contractors, and monitoring design implementation during construction.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design,



with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and documentation.
- Experience of 1+ year with project coordination and Project Management, including timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with technical Integration of building systems and multidisciplinary inputs into cohesive design solutions.
- Comfort with Software Development concepts or digital workflows is a plus, especially for design automation, scripting, or advanced modeling tools.
- Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and solid visual and verbal communication skills.
- Accredited degree in Architecture and eligibility to work toward professional registration, where applicable.
- Ability to work on-site in Guwahati, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices is highly desirable.
