Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for Architects with 1–2 years of experience and architecture interns. Team members will support concept development, architectural design, and preparation of drawings and presentations for residential, commercial, and interior projects. Daily responsibilities include assisting in design detailing, coordinating with project leads, preparing documentation, and participating in client and consultant meetings as required.
The role also involves collaborating with the project team to ensure design intent is maintained through all stages, from schematic design to execution, and staying updated on relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and design solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including basic planning, coordination, and tracking of project deliverables under guidance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration only as they relate to design tools or digital workflows, such as integrating various software outputs into cohesive project documentation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution; enrollment in an accredited architecture program for intern roles.
- Robust visualization, design thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and materiality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a studio environment and respond constructively to feedback.
- Interest in contemporary design, visual arts, and sustainable practices is an advantage.
