Job Overview

LinguaPlanet is looking for a skilled Arabic Language Proofreader and Translator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Arabic translation, proofreading, and linguistic quality assurance. The role requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate, culturally appropriate, and high-quality content.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate documents, articles, educational materials, and business content between Arabic and English.
- Proofread and edit Arabic content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, style, and accuracy.
- Ensure translated content accurately reflects the original meaning and tone.
- Review and enhance content for linguistic consistency and quality.




- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of work.
- Maintain terminology consistency across multiple projects.

Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic.
- Proven experience in translation and proofreading.
- Strong command of both Arabic and English.
- Excellent written communication and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications
- Valid B2, C1, or C2 Arabic language certification from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in localization, content review, or language services.
- Experience working with professional, academic, or corporate content.
- Familiarity with CAT tools and translation software is an advantage.
