As an Apprentice Customer Care representative, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities

- Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate, friendly assistance.
- Resolve customer issues and queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Document and update customer records and information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient problem-solving.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate information.
- Handle customer escalations and provide appropriate solutions or referrals.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures in all customer interactions.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer care processes.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and professional company image.
