Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Provide product and service information, offering guidance and recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Document and update customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, representing the company's brand and values.




- Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your customer care skills.
