As an Apprentice Customer Care representative, you will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities

- Answer incoming customer calls and provide timely and accurate information.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth customer service operations.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team leads.
- Provide regular feedback to the team on customer trends and preferences.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and professional company image.
- Uphold company policies and procedures at all times.
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities.
