Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools.
- Experience in configuring and managing monitoring solutions to track system health and performance.
- Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to identify root causes of issues.
- Robust troubleshooting skills across various enterprise applications and infrastructure components.
- Familiarity with incident management workflows and escalation procedures.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
