Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Robust understanding of virtual machines, networking, and storage solutions in cloud platforms.
- Ability to monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues affecting application performance.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements in cloud infrastructure.
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
