Responsibilities:
· Provide application support for systems running on Java, Unix/Linux, and Windows environments.· Read and analyze application and system logs to identify issues and anomalies.· Troubleshoot software incidents and perform root cause analysis.· Provide timely and effective solutions to application-related issues.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and improve system performance.· Communicate with customers and stakeholders via email and phone to address technical issues.· Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures clearly.· Participate in shift-based support, including rotation schedules and occasional weekend coverage.· Support a customer-oriented service approach, ensuring explicit and effective communication.
