Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Analytical Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving business growth and strategic decision-making by analyzing key performance indicators, providing data-driven insights, and supporting business development initiatives. You will also leverage your technical expertise in Big Data/ AI/ML, and Data Visualization to develop compelling Proof-of-Concepts and contribute to client engagements.

Responsibilities

- Business Performance Analysis:
- Gather data from various internal and external sources related to order book, sales pipeline, revenue generation, resource allocation, and project staffing.
- Cleanse, transform, and model data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct rigorous analysis using statistical and predictive modeling techniques to identify trends, patterns, and potential opportunities.
- Develop insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management, providing a clear and concise overview of periodic business performance.

- Business Development Support:

- Collaborate closely with business development teams to understand client requirements and propose tailored technology solutions.




- Contribute to the technical aspects of RFPs and RFQs, including technology stack recommendations, architectural diagrams, development timelines, and team structure proposals.
- Provide input on commercial aspects of proposals, such as cost estimations, potential discounts, and value proposition articulation.

- Technical Expertise & Innovation:

- Maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies in Big Data, AI/ML, and Data Visualization, including both open-source frameworks and cloud-based platforms.
- Design, develop, and present compelling Proof-of-Concept (POC) projects to showcase the capabilities of cutting-edge technologies to potential clients.
- Participate in client meetings alongside business development leads to provide technical expertise, answer questions, and demonstrate the company's technical proficiency.

- Project Delivery Support:

- Assist in the initial phases of recent project implementations by supporting the onboarding of delivery teams.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives within the organization, helping to disseminate technical expertise and best practices.
