Role Description The AI Video Creator – Character Systems and Production Automation is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role focuses on designing and producing video content that showcases AI-driven spiritual experiences, character interactions, and narrative journeys aligned with Hindu faith themes. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing video production workflows, creating and refining motion graphics, and managing multimedia assets for app content, social media, and marketing campaigns.

The role also involves video editing and post-production, optimizing video formats for different platforms, and working closely with product, design,



and engineering teams to automate production pipelines and integrate character systems into video narratives. The ideal candidate will contribute creative ideas, maintain consistent visual standards, and ensure that all content reflects Daiv’s values and spiritual mission.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Multimedia for creating engaging spiritual and app-related content.
- Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics for designing dynamic visual elements and character-driven sequences.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing and Video Post-Production for assembling, refining, and finishing high-quality video outputs.
- Experience with AI-driven content creation tools, automation workflows, or character systems is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in industry-standard video and motion design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent).
- Strong storytelling abilities with sensitivity to spiritual themes and cultural context within the Hindu faith.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet production timelines.
