As an AI QE Engineer - Associate, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, focusing on implementing quality standards in software development and testing processes. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will combine technical skills with creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions. As an Associate, you will engage in client projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.

Responsibilities





- Implementing quality engineering standards in software development and testing processes
- Identifying and resolving software defects to optimize performance and enhance user experience
- Conducting functional, compatibility, and performance testing to validate software quality
- Utilizing Selenium for browser automation and software testing
- Designing and managing quality assurance processes and metrics to improve software reliability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and validate seamless software functionality
- Generating and executing test cases and protocols to support software quality assurance
- Providing post go-live support to address any software issues and improve user satisfaction
- Engaging in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality assurance methodologies
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and contributing to team success

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Hands-on use of GenAI/AI tools (2 tools are must :GitHub CoPilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, Gemini) for software testing — requirements analysis, test scenario identification, test-case generation, test-data generation, automation code generation, execution support and defect analysis

- Ability to create and refine prompts/context for generating test scenarios,



test cases, automation scripts, test data and defect analysis.
- Understanding of LLMs, tokens/context windows, hallucinations, temperature, grounding and prompt/context management
- Ability to develop and maintain automation with AI assistance (Playwright with MCP, Selenium with MCP Tosca, Karate, REST Assured).
- Experience in connecting to MCP server.TypeScript/JavaScript, Java or Python; ability to understand, review, debug and enhance AI-generated code
- Ability to critically review AI-generated test cases/code for correctness, coverage, hallucinations, security concerns and maintainability rather than accepting generated output blindly
- Integration and execution of automated tests through Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or equivalent using AI tools
- Exposure to testing chatbots, copilots and GenAI applications—including response quality, hallucination, groundedness and safety
- AWS, Azure or GCP
- Jira, Azure DevOps, Xray, Zephyr or equivalent
- Basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation and using enterprise knowledge/context with LLMs
